add sync option for asset folders to make it possible to preserve the "Default asset folder" setting of components when used with synchronizing components function of the CLI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When working with the CLI it is possible to copy certain parts of a space to another space. So it is possible to copy the schema configuration from one space to another one but the configuration of the "Default asset folder" won't be copied because it isn't possible yet to copy them over yet.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be helpful to be able to create the same asset folder structure in a target space like in the original space and to have the "Default asset folder" copies as well when using both together.
