Gatsby's changelog to reference.

Before the PR, you need to check if all is working.

What exactly is the task here? Quite confused. Do I have to add the dependancy list to the Readme?

It just to update the dependencies in the project and run it to check if all is working. You can run the yarn upgrade-interactive --latest command to check which packages need to update.
