[Bug] [Breakdown] Editing element causes collapsed sections to expand and scrolls to the top

In the Script Breakdown mode, in the right Elements panel, editing an element causes collapsed sections to expand, and the view to scroll all the way back to the top.

This makes it very difficult and frustrating to edit a series of elements as, every time we edit one, we have to scroll down and collapse sections all over again.
