[Bug] [Breakdown] Element not moved to correct scene after splitting a scene

In Script Breakdown mode, If I have a scene with elements associated with certain pieces of text, and I split the scene into two, the elements associated with text in the now second scene are not moved to this second, they remain in the first scene.
