[Bug] In Screenplay Breakdown, Clicking on a Location Scrolls to it Painfully Slowly and Glitches

Edit: This happened again multiple times. In one time it happened, I saved the file and closed the app but the changes I made were not saved. Specifically, a new Act I created, and a scene I moved to this new act, were not saved. When I reopened the app, the file was back where it was prior to saving and I had to create the act again, and move the scene to the act again.
