Add some useful tools to help others to analyse the ios backup

integred the plistutils into the solution, and modify the Visual Studio Setting so that it can adapt into the Release mode . and add the mbdbls tools into the project , so that others can read the Manifest.mbdb file rather using python script . Please check them ,if you have time.
