Next url is bing truncated in Servlet Plugin

Note: This issue is happening in Servlet plugin

A user has reported that he has a RESTful service configured under /rest/** and also added stormpath.web.uris./rest/** = authc in application.properties

When he goes to https://localhost:8443/ResourceManager/rest/adminrole he is redirected tohttps://localhost:8443/ResourceManager/login?next=%2Frest while he should be redirected to https://localhost:8443/ResourceManager/login?next=%2Frest%2adminrole
