Configuration docs don't show yaml file example

We don't have an example that shows you how to provide api keys and application via stormpath.yml

Heyo, I actually worked on this in PR 533: https://github.com/stormpath/express-stormpath/pull/533

I think it got merged in but hasn't yet been tagged in a release?
