Ask for more details when user deletes app

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When the user deletes an app, display a popup before continuing with the deletion which asks why the user would like to delete the app. This will help improve our product.

Describe the solution you'd like When the user hits delete button, show them a modal

This one requires a backend work to store the information but until the endpoint is ready we can already implement the frontend behind a feature flag.
