After forcefully deleting the WinFSP folder, the installation was successful. Might this be something which could be checked within the installer? And if so might the installer delete the folder?...

As @SailReal pointed out, this might be related to #2012 However, it is weird that this issue is not present when using a vault on OneDrive.
