Unmapped errors cleanup

The following "unmapped errors" (a Gateway-MT metric) have variable formatting, which makes for bad metrics and/or angry time series databases:

Bad digest: Expected [...] does not match calculated [...] dial tcp: lookup [...] on [...]: read udp [...]: i/o timeout dial tcp [...]: i/o timeout not enough orderlimits: got [...] required [...] not enough nodes: requested from cache [...], found [...] Part size for [...] should be at least 5MB

The following errors are quite common and should probably be caught before Metainfo and should have explicit Minio mappings if they exist: metainfo: bucket label must start with... metainfo: bucket name must be...

Note that a lot of these timeouts are against 127.0.0.1:53 (DNS). Maybe we break those out separately.
