Make info about how we calculate usage charges easier to find

Please add a link from the main Billing page https://docs.storj.io/dcs/billing to the Billing, Payments & Accounts page https://docs.storj.io/dcs/billing-payment-and-accounts-1/pricing and specifically to How Billing is calculated https://docs.storj.io/dcs/billing-payment-and-accounts-1/pricing/billing-and-payment- it is most likely that the customer wants to find out how billing is actually calculated, and it should be easy to find that section when searching for it as this is very important info for the customer. However, the first thing that comes up when searching for ¨Billing¨ is only the general Billing page which explains how to browse the different billing sections in the dashboard but does not link to these important other pages.

Here is the customer ticket that prompted this request:

I apply your free plan, and I was told the content "Storage Limit per month: 150GB | Bandwidth Limit per month: 150GB".
I am sure that I haven't exceeded  the quota, you can see the attachment.
But why do I receive the  information "$0.01  Will be charged during next billing period" ?

I'm very strange how you calculate the usage for pay.

At present, my STORAGE is 23.9G, and the BANDWIDTH is 0.79G (You can see the attachment), and your free plan is 
"Storage Limit per month: 150GB | Bandwidth Limit per month: 150GB". 
I haven't exceeded the quota of free plan, how is the billing $0.02 calculated?
