Add USB SMART passthrough support

udisks does not support getting SMART information from USB docks, which means that I cannot see any diagnostics in gnome-disks.

Issue #433 is about replacing libatasmart with smartmontools, which would open up the possibility of supporting USB passthrough, as smartmontools supports it.
