Add latex to the user editorial section.

Currently the user editorial section has no option to add latex to his editorial. The contributors should have the liberty to add latex to their editorial.

Hey @AbhiY98, We already support markdown and also attaching of images should suffice most of the cases. Can you think of any concrete usecase for latex?

For editorials that require some good amount of mathematical explanation, Markdown is not sufficient to explain the mathematical expressions. I think latex would be of great help there.

@AbhiY98 At present we are not receiving many requests for latex. We have received a few editorials which require mathematical expressions where the users have attached the images of the formulae, so does not seem worth the effort.

@raj454raj I think it should be added in editorial section @AbhiY98 is correct because the user does not engage in it unlike it is added. Thanks
