Strange warning while building the binary

Describe the bug

I'm not sure why this is raised and whether or not this is the sign of an underlying issue that should be fixed.

To Reproduce

yarn build --clean && yarn build.binary

Expected behavior

Discovered while working on #1890, I've tried to fix it but didn't find the root cause. It's also true I haven't invested a large amount of time to fix it as it wasn't on the critical path of my work.
