Try It: Request Sample with File Uploads

It seems like httpsnippet can handle file uploads through multipart forms, so we should be able to get our Sample Request component showing sample code to users that will handle file uploads for them.

The only reference I have spotted was https://github.com/Kong/httpsnippet/issues/111 and https://github.com/Kong/httpsnippet/pull/173 which fixes it. See if their tests are of any help in figuring out how it works.

This work was split off of https://github.com/stoplightio/elements/issues/648 for the sake of initial launch as this is a bit of an edge case anyhow.
