desktop Unable to link external steps in Testing

With the new version of the exporter, it's not possible anymore to link steps to external scenarios. The url is appended with "?deref=all" whereas the url already contains a question mark :

@ntiss where did you paste that URL from so we can look into making sure it is correct? It might be in the GIF, but I am not seeing it.

Update: I just noticed in the GIF when you paste, it isn't there.

It went out as a hotfix and I'm looking to see if it maybe didn't make it into the desktop app release.

Hi Taylor, Sorry for the delay. The bug is now more likely a UI issue. The dropdown list doesn't work unless I change the value of the external URL. Please see with Ross. I sent him an animated GIF on Slack showing the behaviour of this dropdown list. I can't post the image here publicly.
