Cannot load resources from spec by external link if I want to change resources

If I am pasting an External link to a spec file, resources are loading well. But if I want to change the resource name, resources loading doesn't work. To solve it I need to do a workaround. I need to cleat External link input form and paste the same URL into it. Resources are loading after that
