Choosing some resource from another project by reference link

Now we have reference only to resource in same project, same specification file and by external link. The last one is not convenient because URL is long and I need to keep URL in clipboard every time when I want to paste it to External link input form. In addition of that I want to choose project name, then spec file and resource name in the end
