Can not save comment to referenced fields that already has a comment in his model definition

Hello! For example, in this picture if Names model has commented in his model definition place, the comment to names field in AllergyTypeCreateUpdate will not be saved or be replaced extended comment from Names model. The bug was seemed in current Ubuntu Desktop and Web versions

By comment, do you mean the model's description?
