Feature: OAS Design View Navigation Match Docs

It is often confusing to switch from the OAS "Read" view, where all the paths are grouped by "tag," and then the "Design" view all the paths are alphabetical order.

Please give an option to group the navigation items in "Design" by "tags." While you're at it, it would also be good to be able to compact the groups so that a large number of "Paths" do not hide the "Models" below.
