Datatype selector closes when trying to select a different outer $ref target

Discovered @ next.stoplight.io Using Safari 11.0.2 on macOS High Sierra 10.13.2

When I want to set a reference to a object outside my current oas file, I need to change the 'outer $ref target' from 'this file' to, for example, 'this project'. When I open the dropbox and I mouse-click the option 'this project' the whole selector widget is closed and the outer $ref target is still set on 'this file'. Workaround is using then arrow down key. This bug is Safari specific. In Google Chrome the selector widget isn't closed.
