Pi 3a+ not working at all

Trying to use this with a pi 3a+ and USB to ethernet adapter. Nothing happening after trying eth0 and eth1. Waited over 5 minutes and nothing showed on the ps4, even tried testing connection and says "connect a lan cable and try again"
