Steemplus v3.7 Unable to use scroll navigation when trying to select repository.

Expected behavior:

When I want to input the Github repository of a project when using the utopian template service steemplus provides, I expected that I could scroll then to see more repository suggestions. Although I'm not entirely sure if there are more repositories beneath the list that's shown on the screen. But the presence of the scroll bar suggests that there are more repos beneath what is shown on the screen.

Actual behavior

When I try to use the scrollbar, the repo drop down menu is closed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Access the utopian template service
2. On the Github repository tab, enter any letter. Repositories matching the letter will be displayed. Six is the number of repositories that is displayed in my case. It might vary on other systems.
3. By the side there is a scrollbar. Try to use the scrollbar
4. See error.
