Post does not throw error when too recent

After accidentally posting before finishing and deleting, noticed that when attempting to post (at least on steemit front-end using steem-plus) less than 5 minutes after your last post throws the wrong error (beneficiaries pop-up error to make sure you logged in using steemconnect), doesn't refresh (probably good), but also does not give any indication of why it wasn't posted.
