🚀 Feature: Share files already on the server

It would be nice to be able to manually place files on the server and share them out via Pingvin, without going through the upload process since they're already there. Similar to Project Send's "orphaned files" feature.
🎤 Pitch
I have large files that are already on the same NAS that is running Pingvin. It would be useful to be able to quickly hardlink them (or move them or something) into a location that Pingvin can see, to quickly share them out as a package without uploading them via the browser. Just as an example, perhaps the ability to create our own folders in the "uploads" folder with a custom share names, and put our files in there.
This would be very helpful for automating the preparation of packages via script.
Would love to be able to share directly from my server as well - preferably by hardlinking existing files/folders, although I guess this wouldn't be usable with compression.
