Improve Status Bar Behaviour

Having both a Dock Item and a Status Bar Item seemed redundant. We are hiding the dock item when the app is closed and the status bar item is active. Switching back to default behaviour if the status bar item is hidden.

Can someone review this please? (ping @stonesam92 )
