The capacitors C8 and C9 are installed in reverse. 
The markings on the PCB indicate the negative side, the line on the capacitor itself marks the positive side.

I can add an endpoint in ms3 to handle this, it would store them in a KV, accessing them is a little more difficult.

i don't think toEncoded is supposed to be removed. can you try a URL with special characters in it, like cyrillic or umlauts.
