Pypi don't propose umap-learn-0.5.8 yet only umap-learn- 0.5.7 is available 

pywin32 doesn't seem to have any volontary to do the effort to port to free-threading: https://github.com/mhammond/pywin32/issues/2303 jupyter-core already removed that dependancy for Pypy.... Would it be possible to remove it...

.zip or .tar.gz is a problem for me
