feature: Does the meta files or directories create in engine initialization?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Now, the meta file and directories created at first tianmu table created. But it's a good idea? The meta file includes tianmu.tid, and tianmu_data directory. These stuffs belong to tianmu engine. And, therefore, these can be created at engine initialiazation stage. That is more make-sense thing.
