Update to 1.21.5

Nothing but build-related changes, works smoothly. Also updated netty-transport and tiny-remapper dependencies to match those used by Paper.

Hi, thanks for the PR. It seems like no update is required currently, also not for Minecraft 1.21.6. None of the dependencies are actually included in the built JAR file, so there shouldn't be any difference.

If you want, you can keep this PR open and I will merge it next time when an update is actually required, including the new changes.

Also note that according to the README I am not happy about people redistributing compiled binaries of this plugin. Of course, everyone is free to compile the plugin themselves and use it for free and I think that's a fair deal. You can read more about that here.
