Feature Request: Vertical Lens

The lens in qComicBook is great (it's rectangular and makes it easy to read anything written in English script). However for Japanese manga (in japanese, not translated ones), it would be good to have an option to set the Lens as being a vertical rectangle instead of an horizontal one, since Japanese scriptures in Manga are usually vertical.
