Added arguments to specify the output image's height or width and to fit the image into the current terminal window

I added the stated functionality and updated the help string, man page, and README.md to reflect the new arguments. I tried to maintain your code style. Let me know if something should be changed. Also, functionality has not been tested yet on Windows or macOS though I don't think I added any code that was Linux specific.
