Support for GWT RPC

Port over GWT RPC support from 1.x to 2.x.

@markBowman, I'm analyzing the return value of this work. Do you still need it, or have you found an alternate solution? Which specific aspects do you need?

@stoicflame, our current workaround is to not generate the mappers classes (HyperJAXB generated beans to GWT-RPC compliant beans) dynamically. We have added the enunciate 1.x generated classes into our module statically. This is fine because these classes have become fairly stable over time.
