automatically open a URL when opening its perminate container

Love this plug in. Would love to help with it, 15 years of UX experience here. Maybe better help explain and enable features.

My question: Is there a way to automatically open a URL when opening its permanent container? I have several sites I have siloed in perm containers I use everyday, Like email etc... I just want it set that if I open the pem container for my email, it opens the url for it.

Currently there's no way to configure rules for permanent containers. Could be done in #397

I'm open for suggestions and/or PRs to improve onboarding / UX :+1:
