Ability to give container a custom name when converting from the actions menu

I'd love to work on this because I was coming here to actually work on this, so let me clarify what this is:

Do you want to be able to give a container a custom name generally or just from the actions menu?

If just from the actions menu, can you clarify a little bit? I don't know specifically what action menu you're talking about.
