Bypass sidecar expander module

Hi Ben. Welcome to v2 requests Era) so what do you thin is it possible to make bypass route with some universal expander like 8face? The reason I'm asking for is that for now only very few module has bypass function module and I'm afraid that some abandoned but ported stuff would definitely lack of that feature.
