typescript rewrite

I've rewritten this in typescript so it's easier to add types/intellisense. I've also added tests.

If this PR doesn't suit this repo just let me know and I'll be happy to close the PR. I'll maintain this as a fork.

If this is accepted I'll add the changes for https://github.com/stockholmux/node_redis-rejson/pull/14 to a new PR which will supersede it. This new PR will include the new commands with description and types.
