Doxygen support

  • [x] Support /*! ... */
  • [x] Support //!
  • [ ] (Maybe) support \tags as well as @tags

Claims to support //!, but it doesn't do a very good job of it.

(Edit: Scratch all that. My issue is that it doesn't think .idl files are C-like languages, so it didn't know what to do with the //! comments.)
