Installing from source (to VS Code)

Hi Steve,

Thank you for Rewrap. How can we install it from source (e.g. from a local clone) to VS Code, please?

Based on 7e4dbd068ac193506694af542bc665394da3399d it looks like you may be using vsce. I'm on current Manjaro (stable sister of Arch Linux). vsce --version reports 2.14.0. But when I run vsce package it fails: ERROR Missing extension name. Please advise.
