Hi, I would highly recommend adding UBTF::ATXN7L3 to the known_fusion.txt otherwise this clinically relevant fusion is filtered out as readthrough. I also added the following coordinates to the known_breakpoints.txt and now it works. chr17 44209352 chr17 44198130 Best, Dagmar
