Create the Tasks, easy to start the server and UI

Added tasks.json under .vscode, this helps in starting the server/UI in a single click with the extension "Tasks" (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=actboy168.tasks) The tasks can also be started by Ctrl+Shift+P => Tasks: Run Task, and choose the task.

The task cannot be universally compatible with all operating systems; instead, we can develop two or more sets tailored for each OS individually.
