Try to compile fails

I get an error using sbt to build jar.

 sbt.ResolveException: unresolved dependency: com.stitchfix.algorithms.spark#sfs3_2.11;0.7.0-spark2.2.0: not found

And it looks what http://artifactory.vertigo.stitchfix.com/artifactory/releases` does not exist.
