Is it possible to bootstrap firefox with extensions loaded such as firefox or firebug, or to load firefox with a pre defined firefox profile?

Sorry I didn't get back to you on this, Its not easy currently to do this.. You have to provide a new Registration function that registers Func<IWebDriver> with the IoC container that configures things the way you'd like.

I'm working on making this better for v3.0
