Issue while modding vanilla cow husbandry

Hello, I tried to add the hose connector to my vanilla cowhusbandry large with the help of a french modder youtube video. While i try to connect the hose there is no trigger for the right mouse button. This trigger is only active next to the original slurry pit pump. The newly added connector isn't recognized as a manure system connector. I hope to be clear in my explenations i'm not fluent in english. Thank you for your help.
