This pull request has a regression where completion on the file list is reported as less than 100% when completed.

Hello, could anyone confirm if disabling the throttle and extratio plugins on ruTorrent results in a permanent fix?

There is session file issues. Need to revert to [5.2.8-0.15.3](https://hub.docker.com/layers/crazymax/rtorrent-rutorrent/5.2.8-0.15.3/images/sha256-9d8be9a8e5f5e86a1ea04ad539571bf5563515db24f83b421fe9d1b5394e5a19). Disable the plugins then upgrade afterwards I think.
