[Enhancement] Review this app dialog

Would be cool to add a bubble that asks users to review the app.

It seems to work fine for me on iOS, but on Android, nothing happens.

@saamerm Sorry to tag you in here, but I happen to know you did some work on this through Plugin.StoreReview which I've implemented for this. Do you happen to have any experience with why that could be? I checked the original repo, but couldn't find much besides the ProGuard bits but I'm not using that :/

Currently just through the emulator, or is that my problem then and there 😂🤦‍♂️
