Questions about the MasterDetailIconRenderer on Android

I've studied your sample but I have some questions.

I've seen that the main icon related to the MasterDetailPage is only used on the first tab of the TabbedPage: on the other tabs, there is the default "hamburger" icon.

Is this normal?

Then, I've added a second page to simulate navigation. From the first tab, the "back" icon is replaced by the main icon, but the other tabs, we get well the "back" icon.

Is there a way to show the "back" icon when we navigate from the first tab?
