It's missing information on the optional modules, which is what the majority of people want (~~opencv~~, onnxruntime). `SDK_XPLANE` already defaults to an empty string. `ninja install` does the moral equivalent...

I rhink it's too long for README.md. But your (good) instructions on building optional modules could be merged for opentrack/wiki#9.
