Can not download an epw file with the new "Open EPW, STAT files" component on Windows XP

Hi @chriswmackey , @mostaphaRoudsari , I was wondering if anyone else has been having issues with the latest Open EPW and STAT files component? I downloaded the newest one, once...

I think if this would have become possible it would be really great: accessing .ghuser files (made from clusters), through ghpython component's ghpythonlib.components.
